Delivery & Pickup Policy – The Sofa Club

Customers are responsible for ensuring the purchased furniture has easy access for delivery and fits into the intended room(s). Please check doorways, hallways, staircases etc. before placing your order.

Do you deliver to my area?
Yes. The Sofa Club delivers throughout Metropolitan Melbourne as a standard service. If your home is outside Metro Melbourne, please contact our store — we can arrange delivery via an external contractor.

Will you notify me prior to delivery?
Yes. We always call the customer approximately 30 minutes before arrival.

What is the cost of delivery?
Costs will automatically be calculated on checkout through our website or in-store. Please call for any further information

What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
If we cannot complete the delivery because no one is home, an additional delivery fee will be charged. Please note that discounted or reduced fees will not be accepted in that situation.

Can I pick up my furniture myself?
Yes. You are welcome to pick up your order from our store at Shop 6/81-83 Frankston Dandenong Rd Dandenong South. Please allow 2 days notice for us to prepare and bring from our warehouses. You must have suitable transport equipment for safe loading. The Sofa Club takes no responsibility for damage once you take possession of the item.
