Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY (STORE CREDIT ONLY)

1. INTRODUCTION

  • At The Sofa Club, we do not issue cash refunds or refund to the original payment method.

  • We provide store credit for eligible returns on contact with store on our provided phone or email.

If conditions are met and return with store credit is approved - our store has a strict quality assurance process to ensure your goods are in perfect condition when shipped out. If you would like to return your goods it must be in unused condition with the original packaging.

NOTE: The value of shipping is not included in the return amount.ย 


2. RETURNS NOT WARRANTED / EXCLUDED

The following are not eligible for store credit (unless otherwise required by law):

  • Once goods have left our warehouse, returns for change-of-mind or incorrect choice are not warranted.

  • Custom made, bespoke, or special-order items not standard stock.

  • Goods that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer (outside of normal wear and tear), or not maintained as instructed.

  • Instances of misuse, burns, cuts, fading, tears, or negligence.



3. HOW TO REQUEST STORE CREDIT

If you believe you are eligible for store credit:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pick up

  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice/order number).

  3. If applicable, return the goods to our warehouse for assessment (customer need to cover transport cost, as per other policy terms).

  4. Once the goods are assessed and accepted under this policy, we will issue store credit.


4. TIME LIMITS & CONDITION OF RETURNS

  • Returns for change-of-mind requests must be made before the stock leaves our warehouse.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition (where reasonably possible), including packaging, where feasible. We reserve the right to reject returns if not received in the same conditions items were prepared for pickup/delivery in.


5. VALIDITY & USE OF STORE CREDIT

  • Store credit is valid for 1 monthย from the date of issue.

  • Store credit can be used for any items sold by The Sofa Club and at the prices listed in store (not discounted).

  • Store credit is non-transferrable / subject to your account (unless otherwise agreed).


6. DELIVERY & RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • For change-of-mind returns, customer is responsible for all return transport costs.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Sofa Club is not liable for any consequential or incidental losses arising from returns or issues not disclosed at time of sale.


8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

  • The Sofa Club may update or amend this Return & Refund (Store Credit) Policy from time to time.

  • Updated policy becomes effective when posted on our website.
